The multiple practical pockets are what sold me — I can keep wipes, bottles, and my own keys all in separate spots instead of digging around one big compartment. Wore it through the airport last week and it still looked sharp enough that nobody clocked it as a diaper bag.

I fit a full day's worth of diapers, wipes, two bottles and my own water bottle in this thing and still had room in the side pockets. The multiple pockets actually make sense instead of just being decorative, which I didn't expect.

Finally ditched my old tote and this backpack actually keeps me organized—the multiple pockets mean the pacifier, wipes, and my phone each have a spot, so no more digging in the dark. It looks sharp enough to wear to brunch without screaming “diaper bag,” which I appreciate.
